Overview

About this model

The BatchMark Make-Up Cartridge is an industrial-grade solvent additive formulated in-house to maintain precise ink viscosity, prevent nozzle blockages, and ensure stable fluid circulation across continuous production lines. Engineered as a direct-fit replacement for standard continuous inkjet coding systems, it counteracts natural solvent evaporation during non-stop operation, preserving optimal droplet formation and consistent print legibility for batch codes, expiry dates, and lot numbers. Micro-blended to safeguard the printhead assembly against internal buildup, this premium fluid protects equipment reliability, reduces unexpected line stoppages, and delivers dependable operational performance straight from the manufacturer.
